Everyone who has created an account in the app — whether or not they've claimed a house or joined groups.
Every street and circuit is its own group. On approval a resident auto-joins their street group and their suburb group — so Morris Circuit, for example, is the group for everyone living on Morris Circuit. Tap a street to see its houses.
When someone types a claimed address and asks to join, it lands here. Accept to add them to the household (billing starts on approval) or Decline to remove the request. This mirrors the owner's own accept/decline in the app.
The household owner is free. Each extra member is 99¢/month, billed to the owner. Businesses pay for their portfolio. Toggle who you're looking at below.
